Crowd Watch is a smartphone app (Android and iPhone) that helps users to find important "watch points" near them, then provide instructions about how to provide effective oversight, including taking photos, videos and notes, and then submitting this data to the cloud, where it can be further reviewed by crowd-based reviewing teams.
