We have established an account with Pay Pal. Please donate any amount, we will segregate these funds and use them specifically to support the Citizens' Oversight Projects (COPs). These funds will be used to lobby Congress on behalf of the public, to enact the "Stop Outsourcing Security Act" and put an end to private mercenary contractors.
