PayPal

PayPal is an on-line payment system as a spin-off from ebay. You can set it up to send or receive money directly from or to your bank account, or you can use a credit card. The nice thing is that it is more secure than using your credit card for online transactions, because you don't enter your credit card number.

If you want to pay with a credit card, we do not have a merchant account, so instead we use PayPal to process the card. Go to our page, DonateToCitizensOversight, and click the PayPal DONATE button. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can set it up right then. You must become a member of PayPal and establish your card as a method for payment. You will enter the amount you want to donate, and select the payment method you have established.
