The La Mesa Spring Valley Emergency meeting on April 7, 2009 regarding whether President Obama's Address to the Students would be aired at any of the 21 school in the district. Video provided to Citizens Oversight by another source (we apologize for the quality). However, you will find the claims by Rick Winet that the request by the President is unconstitutional, and therefore would not be shown in the school. There were a couple of letters read into the record from people who did not want the live airing. I wonder why they did not want to show their face in public.
