El Cajon news: El Cajon's Government Access Channel caused controversy, as religious programming has aired. 'America's Godly Heritage' show. Raymond Lutz, President of East County Democratic Club-ECDC, filed complaint arguing videos promote religion.

Raymond Lutz, ECDC, commented on city funding this on channel.

Bob McClellan, El Cajon City Council, says nation was founded under religious and moral principles. Videos have since been pulled, pending decision by City Manager.
