Prehearing conference of the San Onofre Nuclear Plant decommissioning proceeding. in this meeting, the parties make their case for issues that have been determined to be in dispute, in terms of the scope of the subsequent proceeding. Intervenors have the luxury of bring up just about anything at this meeting because the scope has not yet been determined. Parties have submitted their Prehearing Conference Statements in advance to detail their position on the scope and schedule. A "meet and confer" conference call was held on 3/26 where the parties discussed what could be in and out of scope. That conference call was not recorded.
