As of this moment, the Planning Dept staff says they do not have the CDs or a hard copy. The time clock has started running and the comment deadline is March 29th, 2010. The EIR is listed by topics/chapters, so take a look at whatever may interest you. We need lots of help and lots of comments.

I (Edie Harmon) have been reviewing groundwater issues for more than 30 years and was shocked at how much information is missing, or conspicuous by its absence, and even with tables that are incomplete but show proposed water usage greater than the nearby subdivision where water levels are already declining. Will compare data in this EIR with tables of USGS hydrology data from the US Gypsum water use and update them since they were done in 2008. I will try to get out a brief summary of issues and see how much the details have changed from the original list of WZ project components I complied in Feb 2009.

Again,

Coyote Wells Draft EIR for the Wind Zero project a proposed "law enrforcement training" project and race course, nothing to do with wind energy. http://www.icpds.com/?pid=2308
