This video was shot May 13, 2008 but was only recently uploaded due to the pending closure of ECPAC, slated for Dec 24, 2009, for a period of 18 to 24 months. This video presents a proposal by Pacific Realty Advisors (RichardDentt) and HamannCompany (JohnGibson) and ChristianCommunityTheater / ArtBeatManagement (PaulRussell). It is interesting that their proposal includes a 6-month construction window. Why is 18 to 24 months required now??
