Raymond Lutz, creator of the website "StopBlackwater.net" and one of the leaders of the movement to stop war profiteers like Blackwater, reviews the current status of the struggle against Blackwater in San Diego on June 10, 2008. Although Blackwater pulled the 824-acre mercenary training camp slated for the tiny community of Potrero on March 7th, the community later learned that Blackwater was installing a secret facility in Otay Mesa, just blocks from the Cal-Mex border. Ray's remarks relate to the status of that struggle, and were made just prior to the talk by Jeremy Scahill.
