These tutorial videos provide an overview of the election processing flowchart and how asking for a snapshot CD of the election at a critical time can put a stop to central tabulator manipulations, because the chance exists that a compromised election worker will not perform central tabulator election fraud if he/she knows this oversight procedure is being implemented.

We are looking for volunteers to implement this procedure in their election district Sign up here: SignUp

QUESTION: do you know someone in a county other than San Diego County who may want to and be able to do this oversight procedure? Total time is perhaps 4 hours, and DOES NOT require any election night work. This process is all done just after election night, and during the month following. IF YOU DO, please contact raylutz@citizensoversight.org
