The primary activities of this committee is to inform the public of our upcoming events and prepare press releases describing our meeting results and other actions.

  • Upcoming Promo Events? - list of sites and emails that should be sent to in the process of distributing meeting and event notices.

Some Policies and Guidelines

  • Never send a really long list of official media contacts and embed also a listserv. When people "reply all" to the message, it goes out to all the other recipients.
