Lori Spar Conflict

Background

Lori Spar was employed by the law firm hired by Blackwater and then in the next month, she was hired by the County DPLU to work on the Blackwater project. This represents an obvious conflict of interest.

1. According to "JobSummary" D00001 Lori Spar returned to work on 11/10/2006, however, the information regarding her work assignments D00002 did not reflect any assignments until 11-JAN-07. Please provide all work assignments for Lori Spar from 11/10/2006 to 11-JAN-07.
2. According to County Policy SS-19, "Employees are required to provide any outside employment or activities which relates to his/her County duties". Please provide any such disclosures by Lori Spar, and any other current or prior DPLU employees who were/are assigned to work on the Blackwater West project (P06-069)
