BLACKWATER TEACH-IN

"Stop Blackwater" Presentation and Q&A describes the history of Blackwater, the successful campaign to stop it from developing 824 acres of pristine valley near Potrero in East County San Diego, how they subsequently subverted public scrutiny by opening up the Otay Mesa Facility and entered into an agreement with Southwestern College.

Presenter: Raymond Lutz, founder of Citizens' Oversight Projects Committee (COPs) and former candidate, 77th State Assembly District. Ray runs the web site www.StopBlackwater.net
